PRE-LAUNCH · for coaches, consultants & solo practitioners

Your clients book the call. They skip the intake. Every. Single. Time.

Book & Brief is the intake-form + booking tool in one link — one step for your client, nothing metered, no two-tool tax.

Concept — building now (wireframe, not a screenshot)

client.clicks( your-link ) → { intake answers } → [ available slots ] → ✓ booked + you're briefed

No spam, ever. Unsubscribe in one click. Built by a solo developer — see exactly where we are below.

Pre-launch · founding members: first 20 · public price will be $29/mo

If this sounds familiar, we should talk.

One link. They arrive briefed.

  1. 1

    Build your intake flow

The questions you'd ask on the call, in forms that branch and skip. No response caps.

  2. 2

    Share one link

Client answers intake and books the time in the same flow. Calendar + sheet + confirmations.

  3. 3

    Walk in briefed

The call opens with “so, about what you wrote here...” — not “so, tell me about yourself.”

You're already paying for this — in two bills.

Honest fine print: if you only need forms, Tally is genuinely great (and free). This is for people paying both to do ONE job — the pre-call brief.

What this is (and isn't)

Fair questions

When does it actually launch?

Validation closes mid-September 2026; build is 2 weeks; founding members in first, target public launch November 2026. That's a window, not a promise — if validation fails, it doesn't ship and deposits refund.

What will it cost?

$29/mo — unlimited responses, forms, bookings. Founding members lock $19/mo for as long as they stay subscribed. I'm not going to meter submissions. That's the entire point.

Why not just Tally + Calendly embeds?

Honestly: if that works for you, do nothing. Tally has no native booking (only embed blocks), and the seam between the two is where clients drop. This kills the seam, not the tools.

Where does my data live?

You own it: one-click CSV export forever, GDPR-standard DPA, EU hosting planned. No per-seat hostage pricing. Full security page at launch.

Is the $19 deposit a scam?

Fair question: it's a one-click, no-explanation refundable deposit on Gumroad (merchant of record — they handle refunds and tax), and the policy is on the checkout page itself. Worst case, you fund my domain name and keep the founding-wall credit as a thank-you — but if the build doesn't clear the stated bar, refunds go out the same day.

Does HIPAA apply to me?

Probably not, as a coach. If you're a therapist: don't buy yet — we'll add BAA-backed compliance later, and this page will say so plainly when it exists. (There's no such thing as “HIPAA certified” software; a signed BAA is the real thing.)

Be one of the first 20.
